Recently, Culinary Crafts was recognized among Utah’s fastest-growing companies.
Utah Valley Business Q magazine chose Culinary Crafts as one of the 30 fastest-growing companies in the state. According to the magazine, the ranking was “based on a percentage growth over the four-year period from 2020-2023.” We are delighted to be recognized with this award, especially considering what we’ve come through.

A Gamble Pays Off
As you might imagine, the period from 2020-2023 absolutely brutalized the hospitality industry. In 2020, catered events virtually disappeared due to the pandemic. Instead of shutting our doors and cutting our losses like so many food and service providers did, Culinary Crafts decided to lean the other direction. We invested in our team and in our future. With no business coming in, we found other ways to keep our core team working and paid, from cleaning and retooling our entire operation to pivoting towards curb-side deliveries and pop-up events. We even expanded the company, purchasing the local bartending operation Bacchus Event Services and bringing them onboard.
When the economy finally started to recover and business returned, Culinary Crafts found itself positioned to lead the charge. By 2023 we had surpassed 2020 levels in terms of our revenue and our overall number of events. This year we’ve seen even more explosive growth.
All that growth means that we are constantly looking for talented people to join our team. If you are an experienced chef or baker, a knowledgeable bartender, a charismatic waiter, or someone with no hospitality experience at all but want to work with great people, this is the place!
