Culinary Crafts Wins Best Catered Wedding and Best Catered Social Event

We’re delighted to announce that on February 27, 2025, Culinary Crafts received two ACE Awards at the Catersource gala in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We went home with the Best Catered Wedding of the Year as well as the Best Catered Social Event of the Year.

Catersource is the premier catering conference in the U.S., and one of the largest and most prestigious in the world. Their Achievement in Catering Excellence (ACE) Awards recognize the very best catering companies and catered events of the year. Judged by a panel of esteemed industry professionals, the ACE awards are considered one of the highest prizes in the international catering industry.

Of the eight ACE awards granted, this year, two of them went to Culinary Crafts.

Best Catered Wedding

The Best Catered Wedding of the Year was a special occasion held at La Caille in Salt Lake City, Utah. Featured in People magazine, this wedding represented a beautiful celebration of love as well as a marriage of three different cultures. Our menu brought together the best of the groom’s Samoan background and the bride’s Navajo and Mexican heritage. From the roasting pig to the chili-spiked Mexican cookies and petite fry bread hors d’oeuvres, the food featured a delicious fusion of flavors and cuisines.

Best Catered Social Event

The Best Catered Social Event of the Year comprised an extravagant Casino Night themed party at the McCune Mansion in Salt Lake City.

For this true “high rollers” experience, we spared no expense. As guests moved through the opulent mansion’s twenty-one rooms, they discovered scrumptious bites and libations around every corner. Dinner comprised an eight-course affair in the Gilded Ballroom, followed by an evening of dancing, drinking, games, and culinary delights.

We were deeply honored to cater these extraordinary events and delighted to see them earn international acclaim. It’s gratifying to see Utah be recognized for the amazing hospitality and quality of work we do here.
