Jane and Thomas’ summer wedding, featured in Utah Bride and Groom magazine, was the most fun kind of event we get to cater: a kinetic blur of motion, music, laughter, and love.
This Midway private residence was popping with a full palette of vivid hues. “I just wanted bright, fun summer colors,” the bride said, and that’s absolutely what she got.
From the bridesmaid’s dresses to the groomsmen’s stylish kicks, everything was bright, airy, and beautiful with an element of fun.
After a ring ceremony officiated by the groom’s former rugby coach, guests savored butler-passed hors d’oeuvres: al pastor tacos, sweet corn arancini, mozzarella/peach skewers, and three kinds of sliders:
- Beef chuck with angry onions and Utah fry sauce
- Spiced fried chicken with pickle slaw and Sriracha aioli
- Carolina pork with mustard cider vinaigrette and pickled onions
Meanwhile, our chef stations churned out fresh-fired pizzas and French fries.
After the cutting of the cakes (including the groom’s impressively realistic rugby ball cake), the party moved to the disco dance floor.
