Indigo and Zach

This wedding reception was a vision of sparkling glamour, sophistication, and fun! As guests arrived on the 4th floor of Rice-Eccles Tower, they were greeted with butler-passed hors d’oeuvres of made from scratch, Argentinian-style chicken empanadas with chimichurri sauce and Pomme Frites with an aioli dipping sauce. Indigo and Zach made a grand entrance just as the sun was setting and the shades were being raised to reveal the incredible view of the sunset! This unforgettable planned moment set the stage for the entire evening. Guests were invited to take their seats at the striking tables set with dark navy linens bedazzled with sequined table runners and shimmering silver napkins. Our dinner buffet delighted guests with miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki gilled chicken, sautéed zucchini and asparagus risotto with mascarpone cream, and a selection of our house made breads with sea salted butter. After dinner, guests were treated to a dessert bar featuring flaming crepes Suzette with our house made authentic gelato in 3 flavors: frutti di bosco, stracciatella, and Nutella & vanilla bean. Dessert was served with slices of the stunning tiered wedding cake. Indigo and her mom created a dazzling blue and silver candy table for guests to fill a box to take home as their wedding favor.
