In 1984, our parents found themselves unemployed with little kids to feed and just $600 to their names. They dreamed big and launched a catering company. We siblings grew up alongside that fledgling family business. From the time we were old enough to scrub a pot or push a mop, we were there at our parents’ feet watching and working. We have vivid memories of pulling our little red wagon around the neighborhood, selling fresh-baked bread and cookies door to door.
Culinary Crafts has built a legacy rooted in family values, dedication, and fanatical hard work. As a third-generation family business, we are proud of the industry-leading team we’ve built, but we also know that we’re only “as good as our last job.” At Culinary Crafts, we strive to make every event, large or small, reflect the highest standard of hospitality and culinary excellence. Our parents modeled the value that guides us today: We love what we do because we love people.
We understand that family goes beyond blood, and everyone who joins us becomes part of our close-knit, supportive team. From the dish pit to the kitchen to the event floor, each member plays a crucial role in carrying forward our commitment to quality, service, and innovation. Forty years later, that tiny company has grown into Utah’s top caterer and a recognized hospitality leader. We’ve come a long way since that little red wagon.
"The legacy our parents left us is a passion for true hospitality, the art of taking care of people. We want every client and guest to feel seen, valued, and cared for to an extraordinary degree, and we want the same for our team."
