Bartender
Working as a bartender has been a great experience, and it’s been an honor to meet and make new friendships with a lot of people. Throughout the years working as a bartender and in the bars, I’ve had a lot of pleasant experiences and others not so much. My customers tell me their stories; some are happy moments and some are funny or sad. Like all work, there’s a good and a bad side, like when someone who looks older asks for alcohol, but when I ask for an ID it turns out to be fake.
One of my favorite drinks that I started promoting when I started working with Culinary Crafts is a drink that a friend and I created on his wedding day. It’s a modification of a Mexican Mule. We decided to call it a Pancho Mule since Pancho is my friend’s name.
