At Culinary Crafts, we specialize in vegan catering, vegetarian catering, and catering for all types of dietary needs without ever compromising on flavor or presentation. For the past few months, our amazing bakers, chefs, and event planners have been hard at work, collaborating to craft stunning new offerings designed specifically for plant-based and restricted diets. Finally, we’re delighted to announce that our new vegetarian menus and vegan menus have arrived!
These vibrant, mouth-watering dishes prove that guests with special dietary needs can enjoy food that’s just as indulgent, creative, and memorable as any traditional menu.

Not Just a Substitute
When it comes to luxury catering for vegetarian, vegan, GF, ketogenic, or any other type of special diet, our goal is not just to come up with a passable substitute for “the real thing.” Culinary Crafts’ food is the real thing. Always. Because we start with fresh, local, in-season ingredients of the highest quality, we don’t try to turn those ingredients into an imitation of something else. Instead, we focus on bringing out the best qualities that make those ingredients irresistibly delicious.
Sure, some of the imitation-meat products on the market today have become pretty good. We even use a few of them in our recipes. But we want to introduce our guests to fruits, grains, and vegetables prepared in ways that unlock the very best of what those ingredients can be.
Take cauliflower, for example. Until you’ve tasted the natural sweetness of cauliflower that’s been caramelized in a smoking-hot pan or on a grill, have you really tasted cauliflower?

Local and Fresh
If you grew up hating vegetables straight out of a can or the freezer, we hear you. Many of us didn’t have the luxury of experiencing crisp snap peas or tomatoes straight off the vine. But with the rising popularity of veganism, vegetarianism, and other plant-based diets, people are discovering that no meat can ever substitute for the natural satisfying goodness of fresh fruits and vegetables.

When we prepare a meal, whether the fruits and veggies are the main attraction or just a side dish, we try to use the freshest in-season ingredients we can find locally. To us, “fresh catering” doesn’t mean food that’s prepared and boxed up in a restaurant kitchen to be dropped off at the event. “Fresh catering” means that we use locally sourced ingredients and prepare them on-site, then serve them straight to the plate. When you give them that kind of love, even simple vegetables like carrots or Brussels sprouts can be delightfully satisfying and delicious.
